1) How many times should I be pinning per day?

Gone are the days of quantity pinning over 40+ pins per day. Pinterest is focusing on fresh and new content, which means quality over quantity is way more important, less spammy, and more valuable.

Each account is different, but we recommend starting at 10 pins per day for most new clients. If you have a lot of fresh content every week, we might want to move that number up to 15 or 20 per day. Any more than that is no longer necessary, but finding the perfect amount for your account and content is a matter of testing.

2) Should I use Tailwind for Pinterest marketing?

A couple of important things to remember:

Pinterest is a search engine, so patience is required. Most new accounts take about 3 to 6 months to see consistent growth and success.

Keep up to date with Pinterest algorithm changes and new features. Pinterest is constantly changing things up, and making sure you stay up to date with the changes is important for not getting left behind on the platform.

Know your goals with Pinterest. Do you want to grow your email list, blog traffic, get more sales or build your personal brand awareness? Whatever your main goal is will help move the needle forward with your strategy.

Pinterest is also a visual platform, so make sure you create high-quality content and post original content that resonates with your audience.
